Articles of Association

​

§ 1 Name, seat, founding year

 

§ 1 No. 1

The association bears the name "Star Children Duisburg". It is to be entered in the register of associations and then carries the addition eV

​

§ 1 No. 2

It has the legal form of a registered association.

 

§ 1 No. 3

The association is based in Duisburg. The association was established on August 14th, 2019. 

 

§ 1 No. 4

The association is politically, ethnically and denominationally neutral.

 

§ 1 No. 5

The financial year of the association is the calendar year.

 

§ 1 No. 6

The association pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of the section "Tax-privileged purposes" of the tax code.

 

§ 1 No.7

After registration, the following is added: The association is entered in the register of associations at the District Court of Duisburg under the number VR 6095.

 

 

§ 2 Purpose of the association

 

§ 2 No. 1

(1) The purpose of the association is to accompany, support and advise people in their individual and diverse grief.

 

(2) The association advises, accompanies and supports parents, Anrelated and caring individuals who have lost a child/children through miscarriage, stillbirth, medically-mandated abortion, death of a newborn or infant.

 

(3) The association would also like to raise public awareness.

 

The purpose of the association is the selfless support of people in need i. S. of § 53 number 1 of the tax code by providing support and advice in the event of lossIt child by miscarriage, stillbirth, a medically indicated abortion or the death of a newborn. This applies to funeral situations, acute loss situations, the diverse support during the mourning process, finding contact persons, as well as the associated public relations work in the context of informing outsiders.

 

The purpose of the statute is realized in particular by:

Support and advice for those affected in the acute loss situation

b)

Support for those affected in funeral matters

c)

Support for those affected through a variety of accompaniment during the grieving process

d)

Support in maintaining the physical and mental health of parents who were orphaned at an early age and their relatives

e)

Mediation of contact personsrn for those affected

f)

Improving the care, information and support offered for those affected

G)

Improvement in dealing with those affected and their advice in medical practices, hospitals and other institutions that are in contact with them in the acute situation

H)

educational and public relations work

i)

Creation and distribution of information materials

j)

Support and advice for relatives

k)

Creation and management of special grief groups

l)

Promotion of advanced training measures for those who work on a voluntary basis for the association

m)

Promoting civic commitment to parents who were orphaned early by recruiting volunteers who are willing to volunteer for Star Parents and Stto engage foster children. For example, by sewing clothes, making souvenirs, counselling, care, bereavement support or other measures that benefit the parents or children.

Representation of interests for parents who were orphaned at an early age and those interested in the subject

Establishment of an office for bereavement counseling and outpatient bereavement counselors for bereaved parents and their relatives

§ 2 No. 2

The association is selflessly active; it does not primarily pursue its own economic purposes.

 

§ 2 No. 3

Funds of the association may only be used for statutory purposes. The members do not receive any grants from the association's funds and have no claims whatsoever to the association's assets when they leave.

 

§ 2 No. 4

No person may be favored by expenses that are alien to the purpose of the corporation or by disproportionately high remuneration.

§ 17 Dissolution of the association

 

§ 17 No. 1

The dissolution of the association can only be decided in a general meeting with the majority of votes specified in § 14 No. 6. Unless the general meeting decides otherwise, the 1st chairman and the 2nd chairman are jointly authorized liquidators. The above provisions apply accordingly in the event that the association is dissolved for another reason or loses its legal capacity.

 

§ 17 No. 2

If the association is dissolved or if tax-privileged purposes no longer apply, the association's assets will go to a legal entity under public law or another tax-privileged corporation for the purpose of using them to support people who have lost a "star child" within the meaning of § 53 paragraph 1 of the tax code. are in need of help within the meaning of § 2 No. 2 of these statutes.

 

 

§ 18 means

 

In order to achieve the purpose of the association, funds are raised in particular by:

 

a)

Annual membership fees, the amount is determined by the general meeting.

b)

Voluntary donations (e.g. donations)

c)

Grants from public funds

​

 

Section 19 Severability Clause

 

Should a provision of these articles of association be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
